Given where the politics of this country and, indeed, the odd politics of our world rattle around now, I wanted to restart an old idea on a new website with a new name in keeping with my odd nature: Welcome to Xogism!
Not only is this a new name, Xogism, but a new concept in which I speak of the bible in relationship to our current events. Xogism is just a made up name but one might want to consider it a placeholder for Christian thinking. I understand that an awful lot of people are starting to wonder what is happening and I believe the bible told us of our times from the Old Testament forward to John of Patmos, who wrote the book of Revelations in a cave while imprisoned on that Greek island for his Christian faith.
I will approach this slowly with deliberation as to what my readers may or may not understand concerning the bible. I will tell you that the bible is not a crock but is difficult for those with closed minds to God to understand. That allows choice and God gave us our freewill to make the choices we make. If you are ready, so am I.
